Joint winners were Darlington Borough Council for their Market Cascade and Salisbury Cathedral for their new font.
The highly commended runners up, who were presented with certificates, were St John’s Hospice, Lancaster for their water feature and Northern Ireland's Department for Social Development for their water feature on Custom House Square, Belfast
